Maruti Suzuki India announced the launch of its new “Telematics Solution System” “Suzuki Connect” for Nexa-branded cars. It provides advantages such as integrated security and connected car solution, new vehicle tracking, emergency alerts, live vehicle status, driving behavior analysis, and preventive maintenance calls.
RS Kalsi, Senior Executive Director in Marketing and Sales of “Maruti Suzuki” said, “A comprehensive nationwide study was organized to understand the challenges of Indian car owners and understand their expectations from these solutions.”
The company claims that “Suzuki connects” a telematics control unit, A.K.A Is a TCU based solution designed to provide customers with better security and user-friendly connected car experience. It will be launched in India for ₹ 9,999 and it will be available as an option to start with all “Nexa cars”, such as “Ciaz”, “Balino”, “S-Cross”, and “Ignis”. The system can be re-installed in the existing Nexa car.
Fully developed in India, “Maruti Suzuki” tested the system in one million kilometers and in 42 cities. Talking about the new introduction ‘Suzuki Connect’ “Telematics solution”.

Suzuki Connect will be available for iOS and Android users who will have to subscribe to avail all these services. Customers can purchase Maruti Suzuki Connect Device with authorized company dealership. So far, the app is compatible with the Maruti Suzuki Nexa model on sale in India. These are Siege, S-Cross, Ignis and Baleno. App operator will present a 360-degree connected platform with assistive navigation through services.
